We are looking for passionate changemakers to be a part of our journey in this expansive time for us.How you'll contributeTransform and combine data from many different sources (structured and unstructured) such as plain text files, csv, xlsx, databases, pdf... using programming techniques.Build ETL processes.Manage and maintain databases.
Both SQL and NoSQL.Work with high volumes of data.Participate in project design.Work along with teams of Scientists, Bioinformaticians, IT and Software Developers in a collaborative way.What you'll bringBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar Engineering, Master's degree is a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience.Proficiency with R or Python.Proficiency with databases SQL/ NoSQL.Familiarity with version control using Git.Comfortable with Linux / bash scripting.Experience in Bioinformatics data is a plus, but not required.Attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Excellent verbal and written English are a must.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.What we will offerBy being part of the team, you will be in a company that wants more than to become one of the leaders in the industry.
