Hobson Prior is seeking a Data Algorithm Development Engineer to join our client's team in Barcelona, with the possibility of remote work.This role involves creating, implementing, and validating algorithms for clinical risk assessment and prediction in medical devices.You will work closely with various teams to ensure the algorithms meet clinical needs and regulatory standards.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities: Design and develop algorithms for clinical risk assessment.Analyze data from devices to improve performance.Plan and manage clinical data collection.Conduct statistical analyses to ensure data meets regulatory requirements.Prepare and manage regulatory submissions.Collaborate with partners to implement AI regulations.Process and analyze clinical trial data.Integrate and validate algorithms in software applications.Work with clinical, R&D, and hardware teams to enhance device performance.Key Skills and Requirements: Degree in Data Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proficiency with data analysis tools like Python, R, and SQL.Experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and algorithm validation.Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory processes.Strong analytical and statistical skills.Ability to manage regulatory documentation and collaborate across departments.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.For more information, please contact Indre Semeskeviciute.
