IE University IT Department is looking for a Data & AI Translator Operations to join its team!
As a Data Translator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the demand for data and AI projects within our operations teams.
You will act as the key liaison between technical experts and finance, HR and talent, asset & planning stakeholders, ensuring that projects align with institutional goals, deliver impactful results, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities Your role as Data & AI Translator Operations will involve: Collaborate with operations teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data and AI applications.
Translate operations requirements into clear, actionable project briefs for data scientists and AI specialists.
Prioritize and manage the pipeline of data and AI projects, balancing strategic goals and operational demands.
Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering mutual understanding.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and assess the impact of implemented solutions.
Facilitate training and workshops to enhance data literacy and promote AI adoption among academic teams.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Education, or a related field Master's degree Proven experience in managing data or AI projects (It is a must), preferably in an educational or academic environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into user-friendly insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI) and AI applications
