From connecting people to the right experiences at the right time to optimizing pricing, the Data organization is responsible for a multitude of ambitious goals cutting across the technical and business domains to continue establishing Fever as the most tech-forward company in the live entertainment space.About the roleAs a Data Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading data-driven projects from conception through completion, ensuring they align with our organization's goals and deliver maximum value. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, planning, executing, and monitoring multiple impactful projects such as evolving Fever's loyalty program, developing initiatives around recommendations and personalization, or optimizing key internal processes. This requires close collaboration with talented cross-functional teams including data scientists, software and ML engineers, and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for both internal staff and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Key responsibilitiesUnderstanding the broader company context, including strategic priorities, operational aspects, etc.Identifying opportunities, using strategic vision and hard data-driven insights to best leverage the ample resources of the Data organization to create meaningful impact.Creating long- and short-term plans, setting clear targets for milestones, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.Making critical decisions to maintain project momentum and deliver optimal outcomes in a fast-evolving environment.Driving the project forward ensuring the team works as a coherent unit and that the right trade-offs are taken at every step.Communicating with stakeholders and executives, keeping the project aligned with the organization's strategic vision and minimizing surprises.About youThe ideal candidate will have:A master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (STEM degree)
