Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and company culture. Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up. Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve recruitment methodologies. Fluency in Danish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement.
