We are looking for talents with Danish and English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.
If you have a solid B2B Sales / Business Development mindset and a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions, this is your chance!
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will work towards individual targets but will also be part of a larger sales team, in a phone-based environment, where you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.
Required Competencies Excellent command of Danish and very good English language knowledge Consultative Solution Selling in a B2B Technology Environment.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills, capable of building value-driven connections with diverse customers.
Confident and outgoing in outbound phone sales, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients, excelling in cold calling, and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Consistently surpasses sales quotas and achieves exceptional results.
Proficient in using CRM systems.
Self-motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented with a "go-getter" mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills, including pipeline, time, and priority management.
Coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to adapt and improve sales strategies in real-time.
Cloud Expertise: Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, cloud computing concepts, and the competitive landscape among Cloud Service Providers.
Responsibilities Sales and Upselling Project: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound, outbound).
Conduct outbound calls/emails, engage decision-makers, build rapport, and assess client needs.
Present Google products/solutions, highlighting their value for businesses across various industries and sizes.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification.
Collaborate on team projects to refine sales processes and develop best practices.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Upsell ancillary products and increase customer spend on current offerings.
Resolve minor technical setup issues or escalate them to relevant teams.
Renewals (Cloud) Project: Manage customer renewals, identifying and closing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities before contract expiration.
Educate customers on Google and Digital products while increasing renewals.
Analyze trends and performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans.
Support regional leads and partners with training, materials, and ongoing assistance.
Coordinate internal teams to resolve customer issues and maximize retention.
Manage daily renewal tasks in the CRM and ensure clarity around upgrade execution.
