We are looking for a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll support small and medium business (SMB) clients, providing expert advice and support for our client's suite of online advertising products. Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing top-tier support for business clients. You will engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, offering effective solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic guidance on their advertising campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Respond to queries from business clients via phone, email, and chat.Consultative Guidance: Act as a consultant to help clients optimize their online advertising strategies.Business Goal Alignment: Understand client business objectives to recommend suitable advertising solutions.Campaign Strategy: Provide strategic campaign support to help clients achieve optimal performance.Customer Satisfaction: Focus on quality support, efficient issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.Work Schedule40 hours per week (8 hours per day, plus a lunch break)Rotational shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00What We're Looking ForFluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Passion for online advertising and emerging technologies.Customer-oriented with the ability to build positive client relationships.This position offers you a chance to be at the heart of the digital advertising industry, working for one of the world's leading technology brands.
