This role is the 'human face' of the bank - providing excellent customer service and helping to resolve our customers' issues.
It's all about giving the right solution, the first time.
This is a team role - working with other Danish speakers and alongside advisors working in other European languages.
What you'll do: Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable.
Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service.
Work within the policies and processes set up by Bank Norwegian.
You'll definitely: Be a native level speaker of Danish and Fluent in English.
Be able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past - either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre.
Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once.
You might even: Know what it feels like to work in a fast-paced environment where workload can be heavy at times.
Know a thing or two about the banking sector.
