Fluent in Danish (Level C2)

Blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards
You will handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information
Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps are among your core duties
Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card
