Position OverviewThe Senior IT Business Analyst (Procure to Pay) for Leica Biosystems is responsible for optimizing our business processes by integrating ERP solutions. The Business Analyst will analyze processes, collaborate with the business, and oversee the implementation of the solutions. This is a global position within the Global IT ERP organization and will be fully remote.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Business Relationship Manager and business areas to define business needs and gather requirements that meet business goals and objectives to implement system solutions.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.Work closely on SAP projects and production support tasks with key business and technical personnel, identifying and implementing processes or configuration changes with a focus on standards, process simplification, and the value of integration.Be responsive in a fast-paced adapting environment that requires maximum system performance, minimum downtime, and a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence.Expand and maintain up-to-date knowledge relating to SAP functionality and services and associated business processes.Essential RequirementsEnhanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Distinct business process and technological skills.Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Very good understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and QM (Quality Management) module including configuration skills.Ability to work with third-party vendor resources.Preferred QualificationsExperience with DBS tool kit or comparable.Bachelor's degree or comparable.Good understanding of other SAP modules.At Leica Biosystems, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
