Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.Position Overview:The Staff SOP Franchise / Program Manager is responsible for the overall health of a franchise throughout the planning horizon (SOE and SOP) and acts as a Global Program Manager for a given product portfolio and/or for any other projects for the Global Supply and Demand function.
This position is part of the Global Supply and Demand Planning function and will be located in our offices in Sweden (Solna, Stockholm), Netherlands (Amsterdam), or France (Maurens-Scopont) or possibly other locations with Cepheid offices in Europe depending on the location of the best candidate.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the supply, demand, and inventory balance for a given portfolio at all levels.- Support short-term execution and mid/long-term strategic horizon – supporting sales growth, improving operations cost, and managing working capital (inventory) and EO risk.- Support / drive PLM activities (NPI / EOL) in alignment with core teams, marketing, and other supply chain functions.- Act as a program manager for the portfolio or the function when needed (e.g., managing global allocation, slot planning meetings, daily management for specific deals, etc.
).- Be the point of contact / escalation on the health of the franchise within SC and Product Management.- Provide analyses and present recommendations to senior leaders.Essential Requirements:- University degree in industrial engineering, business or related with specialization in Supply Chain.- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain environment or related fields.- Strong understanding of the linkages through the supply chain.- Strong presentation skills ability to explain complex information/data in simple terms.- Expert / Advanced Excel knowledge.- Solid Project Management knowledge and experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Understanding of data structure, database, SQL PBI.- Business Systems: APS (BY), ERP (SAP) MES.- APICS Certification.Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
