Sounds amazing, right? About The Role: Fever for Business (F4B) is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the growth of our department. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating outbound leads, and supporting the Account Managers (AMs) in expanding our client base. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the target market Utilize various channels for lead generation, including email campaigns, Apollo sequences, social media, online platforms, and industry events Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to AMs for further engagement Work closely with AMs to understand target accounts and tailor outreach strategies Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates Collaboration: Collaborate with the F4B Ops team to understand tools and technologies that enhance efficiency Communicate effectively with AMs for a seamless transition of qualified leads Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of Fever's products Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities About You: Native/Advanced German speaker 1-3 years of previous experience in a sales development or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and geographically distributed team. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Strong organizational and time management skills.
