We also specialize in the delivery of totally customized solutions delivered in your corporate's branding.Responsibilities:Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emailsProvide customers with product and service informationResearch required information using available resourcesIdentify customer needsManage and resolve customer complaintsMaintain an up to date customer information systemIdentify and escalate priority issuesFollow up customer calls where necessaryRequirements:Strong preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain; willing to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1–3 years)Native / Fluent (Business level) in Danish or Norwegian or Swedish (verbal and written); good command of EnglishStrong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)Office-based in Barcelona, SpainStrong PC literacySkills:Goal-orientedProactiveSense of urgencyPositive and professionalStrong communicator – verbal and writtenWilling to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectationsStrong time managementAccurate and able to follow processes and procedures
