.360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning's top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline. More specifically, you will be responsible for creating and qualifying cold outbound leads and contacting potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help.
You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market and pitch the 360Learning value proposition. Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.
Within 1 month, you will:Finish onboarding and begin your core role as BDRBecome a convexity master thanks to our onboarding processUnderstand our product, our positioning, and our buyer personaMaster the pitch and qualification methodologyDiscover your own Accounts territory and define a common strategy of approach with your Account Executives and Key Account ManagersMeet the team through virtual coffee meets and happy hourStart outreach to leads and create your first opportunities Within 3 months, you will:Fully master our tool stack and ramp up on outboundAct as a strategic partner to our Senior Account Manager to define their portfolio strategyDefine your long-term Account Roadmap and start to address our highest personas on your AccountsBuild strategic account-based outreach strategies to engage our buyer persona Within 6 months, you will:Be able to identify and leverage compelling new business entryways for very targeted outreachReach 100% of monthly targetQuickly research and strategize an approach to create interest and engageDetect & share opportunities to improve our outbound processes Within 12 months, you will:Be eligible to transition to an AE or KAM roleCollaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting The Skills Set:Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environmentPrevious experience in outbound and/or account-based marketingStrong written and oral communication skillsPassion for learning and educationPreferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and GongMaster's degree in a related field is a bonus What We Offer:Compensation: Package includes base salary, a variable component, and equityBenefits/Perks: Work From Home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, 1 month parental leave for the second parent
