Spain is an important market for the group and has significant potential for the group's international strategic portfolio.For our client, we are now seeking a dynamic & experienced leader to head the commercial operations in Spain as Managing Director (a.G.), with a strong focus on Business Development. This role requires an experienced professional who can define the strategic direction and at the same time act as an operational sales director, driving acquisition of new business.YOUR KEY TASKLead the Spanish commercial organization to take the company to the next level by identifying and realizing sales opportunities with the group's international portfolio.Heading the commercial strategy and sales operations, expanding the product portfolio and the customer universe in the Spanish market, with attention to revenue/pricing and cost management to increase profitability.Develop, drive, and lead the organization, motivating the team, facilitating follow-up and being an inspirational leader, generating and fostering a positive and challenging atmosphere.Steering the day-to-day commercial operations in Spain, based on structured KPIs.Being an active member of the international commercial leadership team.YOUR CHANCEExcellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a leading company within the health and well-being industry.
