Our partner, a start-up based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has over 150 employees in just over 2 years, with international presence and an application that offers various marketing and growth techniques leveraging AI, aiming to maximize benefits for their clients (SMEs).
Misión:We are looking for a profile of Operations Director whose mission will be to ensure global operational efficiency, leading teams and optimizing processes to secure compliance with the business and financial objectives of the Kit Digital project, contributing to the company's growth.
El Rol:Supervision of operations related to the Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.Coordination of various operational processes related to the Kit Digital: client acquisition, processing of files, customer experience, quality of solutions, etc.Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch.Identify and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation.Prepare reports and updates for management.Qué buscamos:Formación en ingeniería informática o similar.
