Overview: Senior Coordinator, Operations & Course Management We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Coordinator to join our Program Management team, mainly focused on online corporate programs and corporate academies.
The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for program admissions and ongoing course enrollments, searching for and onboarding a pool of Learning Facilitators to aid in course delivery, and supporting the Program Management team with the overall logistical and operational needs of the program.
This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with academic management systems, comfortable working in diverse and multi-cultural environments, and has a natural gift for customer service.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Program Admissions and Ongoing Course Enrollments Coordination within Program Management team to organize and execute admissions process for long-form online programs.
Control of academic progress and students throughout program.
Enforcing academic standards set by the Program Management team, and ensuring students adhere to those standards.
Management of individual course enrollments.
Regular reporting to Program Manager on student progress and status.
Coordination with Director of Customer Engagement to implement short and long-term initiatives.
Additional point of contact for both the corporate clients and the individual participants regarding expectations of program participation, how to prepare for study, etc.
Learning Facilitators / Teaching Assistants Management Active search of compatible profiles for Learning Facilitators.
Selection process end-to-end: recruitment, interview process, vetting and approvals, etc.
Training and onboarding process for high quality teaching.
Coordination of contracts with Legal Department and processing of payment.
Performance tracking, follow up, and periodic performance reviews.
Community building and best-practice sharing within pool of Learning Facilitators.
Program Coordination Perform functions of program delivery of online programs.
Support within the Program Management team when needed in tasks related to Program Coordination; enrolling students in the virtual campus, following up with participant questions, scheduling live sessions with Learning Facilitators and Professors, etc.
Qualifications: Requirements A Bachelor's degree.
Minimum two years of experience in areas such as program management, academic support, or customer service.
Customer orientation and service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and organized, methodical working style.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
English language native level.
Fluency in Spanish.
Speaking other languages is a plus.
This role will be working with clients in the Middle East and could have to work some Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client working schedules.
