RELAXED WORK ENVIRONMENT, DEDICATED TEAM, & GROWING COMPANY This position is responsible for providing management and direction for projects associated with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Fortra products for new and existing customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage assigned projects through successful completion, ensuring compliance with project lifecycle and project management principles.
Act as primary contact communicating with customers regarding process, progress, and completion.
Guide, mentor, and evaluate internal project team performance within project guidelines.
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on challenges and success of assigned projects.
Perform or coordinate follow-up as necessary to complete projects and elicit customer satisfaction.
Create timelines, agendas, and meeting recaps to keep project on time and according to defined budget.
Report project status, schedules, issues, resolutions, and completions as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience managing software product implementation projects.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Confident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes.
Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality.
Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively manage and organize multiple projects and responsibilities.
