We are looking for We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in the Travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who has the ability to coordinate a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.
Your role in BizAway Supervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent Team Oversee training for all Travel Agents in our Vigo Office Handle customer complaints, support critical incident pathways and improve workflows for efficiency Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards Support the Agent to respond to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests by our platform, managing escalations Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookings Make reservations for our Clients through the Platform Explain rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform Explain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
Your basic qualifications Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up) Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up) Availability to work in shifts High school diploma or equivalent required At least 3 years of previous experience in the role of Team Leader or Supervisor Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check Strong leadership skills Ability to analyze and present data Highly organized and excellent time management Solution focused Strong understanding of workforce planning We are also interested in Good communication skills in English B2+ Experience working in the travel industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies Strategic thinker Our offer ?
