We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in the Travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who has the ability to coordinate a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.
Your role in BizAway Supervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent TeamOversee training for all Travel Agents in our Vigo OfficeHandle customer complaints, support critical incident pathways and improve workflows for efficiencyMaintain confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standardsSupport the Agent to respond to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests by our platform, managing escalationsEntering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookingsMake reservations for our Clients through the PlatformExplain rules and procedures to use our service in the PlatformExplain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.
) Your basic qualifications Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up)Availability to work in shiftsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3 years of previous experience in the role of Team Leader or SupervisorMust pass pre-employment skills testing and background checkStrong leadership skillsAbility to analyze and present dataHighly organized and excellent time managementSolution focusedStrong understanding of workforce planning We are also interested in Good communication skills in English B2+Experience working in the travel industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesStrategic thinker Our offer
