That's why we need a Project Manager, Corporate Events like you.What your responsibilities will be Oversee execution of corporate events to amplify our brand story and image at national and international internal and external events.Proactively manage and strategize all event needs. End-to-end event management, from conceptualization and planning, content creation to event execution. Provide assessment on venue selection and collateral needs.Develop pre-event, at-event, and post-event comms and content plans. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to create event agendas, campaigns, and content that meet objectives and budget targets.Oversee and coordinate the production of content and the creation of branding assets for the event. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors and partners: photographers, video, agencies, platform owners.Coordinate with other departments (Grifols Viajes, IT, Event Owner) to ensure the needs and objectives of the events are met.Establish event goals and KPIs and formats to report on event success and improvements.Support other areas with key internal or external events, assessing and/or developing corporate messages and materials, branding and design needs and comms/media plans.Establish and develop the policies and SOPs to ensure proper management of corporate events across the company.Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
