This is our Senior Data Analyst Media Unit role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.
Tasks in the roleCollaborate with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to turn data insights into actionable product changes and drive user acquisition, retention, and MRR/revenue growth.Manage data-driven projects providing clear actionable recommendations that contribute to business growth.Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders influencing business decisions and strategic planning.Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with Data Engineering teams designing and maintaining pipelines.Mentor junior team members providing guidance and fostering growth.RequirementsWho we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.Proven experience in finding and communicating data-driven insights that have directly resulted in measurable improvements to key product metrics.Proficient in SQL.Python expertise for automating data extraction, analysis, and visualization is a plus.Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, and working with complex datasets.Demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Not required but a plus: You share our common values: Trust because we prefer to speak up and be our true selves, Sense of Ownership because it's not worth wasting time on something you don't believe in, and enthusiasm for Constant Changes because we are always looking to make things better.A bit about the teamYou will be working in the Insight team inside the Strategy Analytics team. Your direct colleagues are mainly BI developers, data engineers, and QA engineers.
