Role Description: Quinnox is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee a large SAP ERM implementation/rollout initiative for a client in the Manufacturing and Distribution industry.
The client has undertaken an MS Dynamics implementation/rollout initiative for its European operations and requires Quinnox to provide overall program governance and project management for this endeavour.
The client's Global HQ is in the USA, but it has operations in Europe and Asia.
Qualifications: Strategic thinker and seasoned leader, capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale implementation/roll-out projects.
10+ years of experience in program/project management.
Strong understanding and experience within the end-to-end ERP implementation project life cycle.
(Preferred: MS Dynamics 365 implementation/roll-out project management) Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies during large-scale ERP implementations.
Partner-based project management experience.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Analytical ability to identify optimization opportunities and address program-related issues.
Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting new challenges.
Methodical approach with a firm understanding of AGILE, Waterfall, and SureStep methodology principles.
Diverse industry/business process exposure, ideally including manufacturing and supply chain.
This role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management and oversight of ERP implementation/rollout project, including developing project plans, creating status reports, and communicating with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution.
Collaborate closely with the Client stakeholders, Project team, and the implementation services provider to manage a comprehensive project plan, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Work effectively with multiple departments and external vendor teams throughout project development and implementation to ensure projects remain on schedule and all requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
Pursue standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever possible to achieve the vision of faster, better, and more cost-effective year-over-year results.
Act as a liaison between technical, business, and vendor teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to the IT Director, key stakeholders, project working committee, and project steering committee members.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Undertake other projects or responsibilities as needed.
