Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day Local HR Operations including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance with labour law, and enforcing company policies and practices.Answer staff questions about wages, salaries, and time records.Administering new employee assessments and maintaining updated welcome documentation.Maintain updated current HR files.Administration of sick absence, maternity leave, and any other absence.Coordinating and managing data protection law in ADM.Managing the working time tracking system and updating information.Ensure compliance with ADM's policies.Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.Provide decision support to HR through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance.Point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.Promote open communication and engagement initiatives.Advise managers on addressing performance issues and opportunities for growth.Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.Oversee employee benefits and payroll administration.Ensure compliance with local law.Implement and enforce ADM policies.Your Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Labor Law, Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Three years of experience in a Human Resources role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Occasional travel required.Spanish and English spoken and written; Portuguese is a plus.Our Offer:Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes, and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models.Room for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path.A company culture that promotes continuous learning and diversity.Excellent career opportunities in a world-leading nutrition company.An attractive remuneration package including a variety of social benefits like subsidized health & fitness offers.ADM encourages managers and colleagues to discuss and enable the flexibility needed to meet work and life demands.Including You:Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
