As the IoT Billing Operations Lead, you will oversee the teams that undertake customer setup and day-to-day billing operations and will be responsible for managing the operational performance of our billing suppliers and processes.
You will be the key billing interface into our operating companies around the world,
working with them to ensure that the IoT managed billing service we provide meets their needs.
You will also focus on the future, engaging with our product management community to ensure that operational requirements and priorities are understood and the roadmap supports evolving business needs.
What you bring Good understanding of the billing operations system.
Responsible for proactively identifying billing gaps, risks, and issues. Manages cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and continuously improve the billing operational performance.
Responsible for feeding billing requirements and priorities into the product management and development teams. Excellent stakeholder management, working in a collaborative manner to achieve the right outcomes for the business.
Ability to challenge thinking and influence across the organization and with third parties: stakeholders and clients. Background in Telco companies: billing regulations, laws, rules. Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities, able to adapt to different situations and create the path on how to work, how to fix problems, how to do and how to translate the requirements needed to the development team. Accountable for the operational performance of our third-party billing supplier. Experience in billing transformation is desirable but not essential. Why Vodafone?
