.Location:Based in our offices in Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days/week in the office + 2 days/week working from home).Deadline for applications:September 20th.About the Role:The Pricing Graduate, Endoscopy EMEA supports the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. The role will operate at the EMEA level, collaborating with a wide range of EMEA business partners as well as country sales and marketing colleagues. The selected candidate will report into the Pricing Lead RM EMEA and will be part of the Endoscopy EMEA C&CE team - Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) Excellence.In this role, you will be responsible for:Price Reporting: Support the update and maintenance of the pricing reports in the Endoscopy division, act as the counterpart to the Data Analytics & Reporting team. Support the preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews including preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigations for report interpretation, and drafting insights. Support the communication, training, and rollout of pricing reports to country organizations.Pricing Strategy and Tactics: Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, identify gaps in data, and proactively collect information from stakeholders (e.G., local tender office, marketing, and sales team). Organize qualitative and quantitative information in a structured and insightful way. Support the development and maintenance of EMEA Pricing Guidance for strategic products. Employ a data-driven method to support countries with ad-hoc pricing requests (e.G., price quoting tool, data extraction).Pricing Execution Tools: Support the implementation of new price execution tools (Configure, Price, Quote - CPQ) in collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE). Conduct analyses to drive the recommended price logic to be embedded into CPQ.What are we looking for in you?Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline.At least 6 months or 1 year of experience, ideally with exposure to pricing topics.Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented.Capable of communicating complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner.Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, promotes collaboration, and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities.Experienced in key Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Tableau skills are a plus.Good understanding of business Information and Reporting Systems.Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
