We are seeking recent graduates interested in developing their professional career in one of the world's leading insurance groups through a personalized training and development program.
The Reporting & Analytics Trainee Program offers you the experience to learn within an international environment providing you support, mentoring, and development opportunities in new projects.
In this 2-year trainee program, you will be part of the Reporting and Analytics Team within Group Investment Management.
Your RoleAs a Reporting & Analytics Trainee, your main responsibilities will involve:
Enable the business to draw actionable insights out of complex data sets.Ensure the good quality of the data across our reporting tools with the performance of proper control checks and analysis of the results.Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional and technical solution specifications.Adapt or create current reporting solutions according to business needs and changes in investment accounting regulations.Collaborate with our main stakeholders (Investment Management, Finance Teams) to identify reporting needs.Analyze Investments data and reports and provide insights on the results.Continuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services, and infrastructure.Your role will involve building relationships with:
Stakeholders on local, regional, and group levels.Investment back-office and middle-office teams.Market and Master Data teams.IT teams.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Reporting & Analytics Trainee, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, and/or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math with a good academic record.Understanding of financial products, financial markets, and the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAPs).Fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).CFA/CPA/CMA certification is a plus.Practical experience with financial data analysis and business analytics.Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ERP system SAP FAM/TRM, FICO is a plus.Data management (e.g., modelling, Data Warehousing, governance) is a plus.Experience with data visualization and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or QlikView) would be considered an asset.Ability to work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.Good self-management skills and stress resilience.Additional InformationAs well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus, we offer a benefits package which includes:
