.Job Description : Business Analyst with a strong background in finance processes and analytical skills to lead our finance requirements analysis and gathering for the ITSM tool discovery phase. This role will bridge the gap between IT and finance, ensuring that the new ITSM tooling meets the diverse needs of the organization.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders from the finance department.Collaborate with IT and other departments to understand cross-functional needs.Participate in the RFP discovery process for new ITSM tools, providing insights from a finance perspective.Ensure that the selected ITSM tooling solution aligns with both IT and finance operational needs.Facilitate communication between finance, IT, and the selected ITSM tooling vendor.Qualifications: Proven experience as a senior business analyst profile to support the Finance workstream in the discovery and implementation of an ITSM tooling.Fluent English.Analytical, good understanding of business requirements.Good communication skills and stakeholder management.Experience in multinational and dynamic environments.Strong understanding of finance processes and operational help desks.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Us?
