Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for various positions in the consumer services sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational culture.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to interview and placement.
Provide candidates with guidance on CV writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Requirements Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
