Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job positions tailored to the Czech market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates. Utilize online platforms and social media to promote job openings and attract prospective candidates. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights within the Czech job market. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their chances of success. Negotiate terms of employment and assist in the onboarding process for successfully placed candidates. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress. Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in recruitment or similar roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates and clients. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards. Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure compliance with all recruitment processes. *
