General commercial and organizational activities, such as programming and planning of travel, ordering supplies for the branch, and other internal processes. Office supplies, after-sales management, and maintenance of customer data in our database (CRM). Active sales support to the branch manager (telephone management, technical/specialized advice for customers, follow-up on marketing campaigns, sale of accessories and small devices). Independent management of our rental business, delivery, and pickups with the customer, including small safety instructions.
