The main role will be to manage the Workstream Projects within the Engineering Cybersecurity Program leading to the achievement of the certification required by the Business.
Your Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsure implementation of defined Cybersecurity Engineering Management System (CSMS) by mentoring, support and training of affected development and other teams.Improve the CSMS by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from the development projects.Support organizational cybersecurity activities e.g. continual monitoring, incident management, and audit.Manage necessary resources with support of the program manager.Functional leadership of the workstream team.Your Skills & StrengthsDegree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunications Engineering or similar.Minimum 5 years' experience working in cybersecurity, software development or embedded system development.Analytical skills with a solution and action-oriented mentality and "make it happen" mindset.High communication skills across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.Empathic, resilient and patient.Driver and result oriented.
