The Center for Internet Security Controls (CIS) of our client , a large customer with international footprint, is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager . The Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity projects aligned with the CIS Controls roadmap . This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, effective communication, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. The Project Manager is instrumental in safeguarding organizational assets and enhancing cybersecurity measures through robust planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with CIS Controls by 2025 for critical applications. Conduct operational and strategic meetings, prepare reports for stakeholders, and ensure change management practices. 2. Team Leadership and Management: Guide project teams, define roles, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. 3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior management, and external vendors. Align project objectives with business goals and maintain transparent communication. 4. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Address project issues promptly and ensure their resolution. 5. Quality Assurance & Governance: Collaborate with QA to ensure deliverables meet established standards. Adhere to governance frameworks and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Key Qualifications: Experience: At least 8 years as a Senior Project Manager , managing complex cybersecurity projects and CIS controls. Skills: Leadership, stakeholder communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making. Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
