This role aims to reduce human vulnerabilities, empower individuals as digital citizens, strengthen cybersecurity culture, and support the organization's overall risk management strategy.Key Responsibilities: Human-Centric Risk AssessmentIdentify and assess human-related cybersecurity risks by analyzing behaviors, capabilities, surveys, and compliance with security policies across the organization.Cybersecurity PoliciesCollaborate with the Governance team to create, enforce, and communicate security policies.Cybersecurity Awareness and Training ProgramsDevelop, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity awareness and training programs to reduce risk from cybersecurity threats and human error.
It covers global cybersecurity awareness & training programs for all employees as well as tailored ones for specific populations.Provide hands-on materials to employees to support them in their cybersecurity journey in acting more secure and becoming better cyber citizens.Cybersecurity Portal & Communication ChannelOperate a comprehensive portal, providing a single location to find all cyber resources.Foster a cybersecurity open channel where users can ask questions, get the latest tips and cyber news, discuss good practices, and share feedback in a collaborative environment.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationStay informed of the latest human-centric cyber threats, learning innovations, and behavioral science insights to enhance existing initiatives.Work proactively with Cybersecurity and Subject Matter Experts to create content and integrate human risk in various initiatives.Synchronize and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders (such as Global Communications, Governance, IT, HR...) to ensure alignment and compliance.What Qualifications Will Make You Successful for This Role?
3+ years of experience in change management or risk management, ideally with a human-centered approach.Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and communication principles.SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) Certification is a plus.Fluent in English.Ability to think creatively and outside the box
