We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a CYBERSECURITY ANALYST, you will:Lead in the design and development of enterprise-wide programs for information security.Optimize the processes and standards of network defense implementation to strengthen network security and reduce risk.Establish metrics and reporting capabilities for compliance to policies.Champion advanced tools and technologies to enhance organizational security capabilities.Supervise the development, maintenance and utilization of information security controls, like WAF, IdP, Proxy, Firewalls, VPN, Certificates management.Provide technical support in operative incidents related to cybersecurity tools.Ensure recurring vulnerability scanning, reporting and driving remediation for every digital asset on the network and managed cloud environments.Develop and improve methodologies and processes for attack surface vulnerability discovery, remediation, metrics and reporting.Produce vulnerability, configuration, and coverage metrics and reporting about assessment coverage.Track key performance indicators of improvements in infrastructure vulnerabilities, application vulnerabilities, and configuration issues.Manage complex cyber security incidents globally across the group.Design and supervise an organized approach to addressing and managing the aftermath of a security breach or cyberattack.Document case narrative, process and findings properly in the Incident Orchestration tool and standalone Forensic Reports when required, including cybersecurity recommendations applicable to the case.EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.EDUCATIONSTEM related career, Cyber certifications.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience working with WAF, IdP, Proxy, Firewalls, VPN
