In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the company's digital assets and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems. This position focuses on the direct implementation of security measures, technical audits, and incident response.ResponsibilitiesNetwork and Application Security:Perform thorough security assessments of the company's network infrastructure, applications (ERP, CRM, etc.), and internal software solutions.Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across all systems.Risk Analysis:Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Collaborate with relevant teams to implement security measures based on these assessments.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with established security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Maintain and update security documentation, including policies, standards, and guidelines.Technical Audits and Vulnerability Scans:Conduct technical audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls.Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments to proactively address potential security weaknesses.Incident Response and Investigation:Implement and execute an incident response plan to manage security incidents promptly.Investigate security incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.Backup & Recovery Procedures:Ensure that the necessary tools, backups, and procedures are in place for recovering systems and data.Conduct reviews and tests to ensure the ability to recover from technical faults and/or cyber-attacks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of network security, application security, and information security best practices.Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations (e.G., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).Proven experience (5+ years) in a Cyber Security role with a hands-on focus.Why work with us?Hybrid working model (3 days in the office - 2 days remote)Excellent working environmentTicket Restaurant (1.980€/year)Flexible remuneration (Childcare ticket, transportation ticket, etc)Beverages and fruits in the officePadel court, Games room, and Gym in the officesAre you the person we are looking for?
