Project Overview: We aim to establish a cybercafé business. We have a commercial space measuring 7 meters wide and 12 meters deep. In this space, we plan to set up a cybercafé where individuals without computers or internet at home can come and utilize our facilities.Infrastructure: The local will have 10 internet-connected computers, 1 server, and 4 free stations for users who wish to bring their own devices. Based on this, develop the following:Legal Considerations: What legal requirements must be met to start this type of business? If we wish to offer coffee or any drinks, what additional requirements must we fulfill?Infrastructure: Develop a layout of the local, including the location of equipment, necessary materials for implementing the network structure (cables, connectors, etc.), and attach the corresponding budget.Equipment: Conduct a market study to choose the most suitable equipment for the business. We want 6 of the 10 internet-connected computers to provide basic services (browsing, email, chat, etc.). The other 4 should also be capable of online gaming. Consider what equipment to acquire and the operating systems these devices could use (budget included).Server: We want user connections to pass through a server. Additionally, we wish to offer services such as:DHCP for local devices.DNS for local devices.Printing services.Routing through the server, possible blocking of devices and ports, and the convenience of a proxy.Provide images of the system for maintaining the various devices from the server. Include antivirus software, the operating system used on the server, and the software used to provide each service. Detail the server equipment used and analyze the software needed to deliver these services.User Accounts: Analyze the types of user accounts we will create on each computer and their permissions (consider aspects such as whether users can access all files on the machine, modify them, use removable drives, etc.).VMware/VirtualBox Images: Generate VMware/VirtualBox images of the client and server systems to illustrate the operation of the entire setup.Relation to Course Modules: This project is primarily related to the networking module, as it focuses on creating a network graphically for a cybercafé with a specific number of computers, including budgeting for them along with the server and printers. It also involves the EIE module, as a SWOT analysis and a summarized business plan will be required.Category: Engineering & ManufacturingSubcategory: 3D ModellingWhat do you need? 3D modeling of a sketched object. Is this a project or a position?
