About the Role:
Are you a Disaster Recovery Analyst with a passion for accelerating resiliency and seeking the opportunity to work for one of the leading companies in the reinsurance industry?
You will work with a diverse team of talented professionals supporting the management of IT Resilience for critical systems and data.
In your role, you:
Support cyber recovery strategies by establishing testing practices, restoration policies, and rebuild procedures, ensuring systems and data integrity across business applications and infrastructure.
Direct and monitor testing activities, guaranteeing comprehensive cyber recovery across critical IT systems.
Develop clear reporting protocols for timely updates on resilience progress to stakeholders.
Identify and document resilience gaps through systematic data analysis, defining actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Cultivate Cyber Recovery readiness, fostering a culture of preparedness through targeted training and engagement initiatives.
About the Team:
We develop and maintain IT Continuity-, Resilience- and Disaster Recovery- capabilities to mitigate the risk of unavailability and enable prioritized recovery of Critical IT Services in the event of a major disruption with minimal impact to critical business processes.
Our team ensures that these measures are effectively embedded within the organization and considers modern and best-in-class operating models and tech environments.
Your qualifications:

Must Have:
Solid understanding of cyber disaster recovery practices, backup technologies, and immutability concepts.
Broad knowledge of IT operation environments, including network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security practices.
Experience in supporting cyber resilience initiatives with best practices IT operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management at various levels.
Ability to identify resilience deficiencies, review technical documentation and share guidance (technical and non-technical).
Excellent English command and expertise to convey complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and cloud-based recovery platforms.
Experience with Isolated Recovery Environments (IREs) and a passion for Agile principles.
A proactive, stress-resilient problem-solving approach.
