We offer a competitive salary and hybrid working options.Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey:Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - For our people to excelResponsibilities:Directing and managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques, and tools with a good working knowledge of a variety of techniques on a range of project and programme complexity.Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering project controls services and responsible for staff development.Evaluating trends and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively in a complex project environment using numerical and statistical techniques as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Leading application of specific project controls methods, techniques, and tools.Good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.Advising on complex requirements and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively.Managing project controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and taking lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.Persuading and influencing colleagues and clients to accept proposals and recommendations.Delegating tasks to others.Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.Minimum Requirements:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be part of a high-performing team.Attention to detail.Experience of working on construction projects and/or consultancy.Experience of delivering effective PMO and project controls/assurance frameworks/strategies.
