What you'll be getting up to: Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to define your payments area's strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap for your team.
Define prioritizing framework for product features and enhancements inline with product strategy.
Team Leadership: Champion the development of your cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence while leading by example.
Customer obsession: Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional products, anticipating and addressing customer desires, placing a customer at core in everything we do.
Ownership: Take full accountability for product decisions within your scope, act diligently in the best interest of the company, having an eye on long-term value, be the main business contact for your domain.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions and continuously monitor key performance indicators.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
Requirements: 5+ experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record preferably in ecommerce, online payments, or related fintech areas.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or equivalent.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
High analytical acumen along with strong business sense.
Nice to have: Deep knowledge of the betting industry and understanding of payment challenges within this context.
