This position is for 10% equity in the company, depending on availability and skills, representing a large grant of equity for joining at this stage.We are participating in an accelerator program (EWOR.io) with a ton of resources including angel investors, VCs, mentors and other founders. This accelerator invests in startups with a viable product and initial traction and we anticipate to be asking for their pre-seed investment within 4-6 months at a € 1.5 million valuation. We are targeting a move to a seed round with a € 10-20 million valuation within 6-12 further months.We are looking for a Chief Experience Officer/Co-Founder with skills in UX design, coding, and testing, plus experience with large language models (LLMs). You'll work on improving the User Experience across all Credible platforms and collaborate with our accelerator network, CEO, and CTO.Estimated timeline:Now until late 2024: Rapid development of MVP wtih CTO and CEO as well as the EWOR mentor network. Your equity is through the roof on top of a great salary!Skills and requirements:Develop and Implement UX Strategy :Create and execute a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.Lead UX eventual design team to produce intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Cross-Departmental Collaboration :Work with the CPO and CTO to integrate UX into product development and technology innovations.Ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.Enhance Customer Engagement :Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through superior user experiences.Use data analytics to measure and enhance UX impact on customer engagement.Web and Mobile UX Design :Extensive experience in designing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across devices.Proficiency in UX Tools and Technologies :Expertise in using UX/UI design tools for both code and prototyping, such as React Native, Xamarin, Angular, node.js, Flutter, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.User Research and Testing :Strong background in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to improve the user experience on web and mobile applications.Integration with Large Language Models (LLMs):Implement algorithms to process and analyze user data from LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and self-reported information, utilizing existing open-source frameworks and taxonomies. Implement additional assessments to improve profile quality.
