Key Responsibilities: As a CXM Business Consultant, you play a pivotal role in leading and delivering comprehensive projects that encompass business, process, people, and technology.
What you will do: Serving as a trusted advisor, you'll ensure seamless customer experiences aligned with client strategies, engaging specialists, management, and C-Level executives to foster collaboration. Your role involves translating digital transformation opportunities into tangible benefits, addressing friction between departments, and uncovering client inquiries to formulate proposals, projects, and programs. You'll share CX best practices, lead inspiration sessions, and play a key role in defining crucial KPIs, actively participating in report definitions. Proactively engaging in sales activities, you contribute to the growth of the Strategy & Consultancy division, collaborating with sales teams to identify new opportunities and extend client relationships beyond initial engagements.

Strategic Thinking and Analysis: Able to conduct in-depth analysis as well as defining strategies, structures, and processes. Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills: Capable of acting as a bridge between different divisions, addressing frictions between departments, and fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure a successful outcome. Communication and Presentation: Adept at translating complex concepts into clear and understandable insights for various stakeholders. Sales and Business Development: You have a sharp eye at identifying new business opportunities for our clients and are a strong contributor during the sales phase with our business development team. What you'll need: Fluent in English at a business level.Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience.Familiarity with methods like Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile.Experience with B2C (mandatory) and B2B (nice to have).Currently residing in Barcelona and eligible to work without a visa application.Commitment to work in our office on a weekly basis (hybrid form).Clearly show you posses the four competencies mentioned above all throughout our recruitment process.Nice to have: Fluent in Spanish.Experience with Salesforce technology, for example in the marketing-, sales- and service- domain.What do we offer you?
