What you will do: 
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a CX Translation Specialist  in the Customer Service Team you will be in charge of:
Manage the Spanish knowledge management system content ensuring all relevant articles are updated and correct. Responsible for the translation and management of all relevant documentation. Translate and proofread various types of documents from English to Spanish, with attention to fact and nuance, so that the intent and tone of the original meaning is preserved. Relay the style and tone of the original language. Ensure translated documents mirror the original source document. Producing quality translations within given deadlines. Organise translated material and finalise translation according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. What you need to succeed:  
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Translation. A minimum of 6 to 12 months professional experience as a translator, such as an internship. Experience as a proof-reader of professional translations would be an advantage. Native level of English – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Be able to produce work of a high standard on a consistent basis and have strong organizational skills and time management skills. A good grasp of MS Office and good communication skills (spoken and written) are also mandatory. Should be a strong team player, who will prove flexible and motivated, as well as keen to learn. Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar. Ability to support multiple projects. Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines. Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and writing skills What's in it for you?
