The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a CX Online Training Lead in the CX Team you will be in charge of:
Assess training needs across all functions for front office, back office, online, and offline. Transform Instructor Lead Training into Self-paced e-learning modules. Design, manage and maintain e-learning content for both technical and soft skills. Conduct regular knowledge tests, report and analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives. Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs. Responsible for managing the LMS. Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required. Keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions and procedures. What you need to succeed: Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Robust expertise in Instructional design Experience managing Learning Management Systems Proficient in Learning Design Authoring Tools and Animation (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.) Experience in Video Creation Tools (e.g. Vyond, Camtasia, etc). Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies. Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
