Join our Group Supply Chain Customer Experience (CX) Team as an Analytics and Reporting Lead in Barcelona, where you will work closely with team members on diverse, cross-functional initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and effective communication across the organization.

Your key responsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution: Define, implement, track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and Process performance Indicators (PPI) for CX across all Business Units.
Act as a product owner from CX when implementing new Data products.
Establish and manage data quality and governance program to maintain accurate and reliable CX data.
Industrialize CX data analytics to gain accuracy, speed, efficiency, scalability, cost savings and real-time insights.
Lead the organization from Diagnostic Analytics to Predictive Analytics.Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for CX data insights and reporting.Cultural and Organizational Development: Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
