What you will do:
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Assess training needs across all functions for front office, back office, online, and offline.
Transform Instructor Lead Training into Self-paced elearning modules.
Design, manage, and maintain elearning content for both technical and soft skills.
Conduct regular knowledge tests, report and analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.
Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs.
Responsible for managing the LMS.
Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
Keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
What you need to succeed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust expertise in Instructional design.
Experience managing Learning Management Systems.
Proficient in Learning Design Authoring Tools and Animation (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.).
Experience in Video Creation Tools (e.g., Vyond, Camtasia, etc.).
Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
