What you will do :

The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a CX Online Training Lead in the CX Team you will be in charge of :

Assess training needs across all functions for front office back office online and offline

Transform Instructor Lead Training into Selfpaced elearning modules

Design manage and maintain elearning content for both technical and soft skills

Conduct regular knowledge tests report and analyze results and implement improvement initiatives

Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs

Responsible for managing the LMS

Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required

Keep up to date with knowledge of our products pricing promotions and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Robust expertise in Instructional design Experience managing Learning Management Systems Proficient in Learning Design Authoring Tools and Animation eg Articulate Storyline Rise etc Experience in Video Creation Tools eg Vyond Camtasia etc Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies Extremely organized and detailoriented
