Job Description:Mission:- To ensure the global Material Support & Logistics flow from Order Reception to Customer Delivery for AHE Customers and internal A/C MRO needs.- To manage the customer's portfolio for spares parts, component R&O; and warranty activities for commercial fleet.- Contribute to customer satisfaction being the voice of the customer internally when at the same time being the face of AH towards the customer regarding Material Support & Logistics activities.Main activities:- To ensure that the deliveries are performed on the requested date by the customer at their facilities (Advanced order, treatment of critical parts, conflictive positions…)- Control, analysis and reduction of Backorders, through SAP and Dashboard.- Acting as the main Customer point of contact regarding its Material Support & Logistics portfolio (status, inquiries, claims, etc.)- To manage, control and follow up the customer budgets (contracts or credits), invoicing & acceptance processes (contract management), meeting all the contractual clauses and/or the commercial policy- To control and monitor the customer's complaints, implementing the required improvement plans.- To control and follow-up the logistics discrepancies and non-quality issues.- Regular visits to the customers, in order to review their activity, needs & opportunities, KPI situation & action plans.- Lead cross-functional action plans to improve the level of service provided to customers with internal AH departments to solve problems or better adapt established workflows (Finance, Commercial, Programs, Quality, Production, Engineering, Technical Support, etc.) Coordination with AH and AHD for this purpose if necessary.- Part of the AOG Service that provides support out of the office (365/7/24)- Support to the front office KLM (Key Logistics Manager) in case of complex or critical demands.Competences:- Customer Oriented- Team Management- Knowledge of Supply Chain- Knowledge of Business & Finance Management- Continuous Improvement methodologies- Capacity to welcome problems and put in place corrective actions.- Knowledge of aeronautics standardsSoft Skills:- Ability to work in an international & multicultural environment- Ability to build working relationships across multiple disciplines- Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards- Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties- Capacity to analyze, to propose solutions in a synthetic way- Good communication skills- Value creation oriented- Initiative and proactivityLanguages:- Fluent in English & Spanish- French or German valuableProfile:- Degree/Master in Economics or Management- Customer & Material Support Experience valuableThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Helicopters España, SAEmployment Type:PermanentExperience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Material Support & services By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
