Due to planned expansion, they are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager based in the Barcelona area.

Ability to speak Spanish is advantageous, however not a requirement

A typical week as a Business Development Manager includes:
Prospecting new potential partners
Questioning to truly understand new and existing partners
Contact with the trading team to ensure the smooth and efficient process of client transactions
Collaborating with the Client Onboarding Specialists (COS) team to ensure high-quality conversions from partner referrals
Informing partners of any macro-economic influences
Forecasting and pipeline management of your territory
Reviews with existing partners and potential future client referrals
Supporting existing partners in positioning the solution to their clients
Staying up to date on the competition and articulating why the solution is exceptional value
