As Customer Support, you will:Support the Dutch customers regarding their inquiries on games, account information, and general questions.Stay up to date on games, rules and regulations, and the company's internal knowledge base.Support customers over chat, and sometimes via phone (rarely).Ideal ProfileYou're fluent in Dutch and English.No experience is needed but will be a plus if you have been in the customer care industry.Ability to work rotating shifts.What's on Offer?Competitive salary package.Extra salary for evening and night shifts; possibility to explore the city at different hours of the day depending on your work schedule.Paid training.Relocation support after the trial period.Lunch/dinner every Friday.Beach days, boat days, kayak, etc.Full health insurance.Nice working environment and large terrace in Barcelona.
